Blue Ginger Pho - Tehachapi

Was really good food, they just left the poor old guy themselves to run the restaurant. Barely spoke English. He tried to call his people to translate him. In view of the difficulty, we have what we have ordered and we can share the check.

I visited my friend in town and we went to eat something. Honestly had an interesting experience here. The staff was nice at the beginning, the food came fast, it was good, not the best of all times, but good for the time. The young girl who took our order was extremely attentive and would check everyone in the small restaurant. The other people who work honestly seemed lost at times and would argue in front of the house. Every business start should know better not to do that! At the end of our visit, the young girl cried from the very beginning and still stumbled through to ring guests. Make sure you treat your employees regardless of who is watching. I wouldn't come back for that. The young lady saved the whole experience for us sincerely.

At the first meal in this restaurant and the Pho was great. Got the #4, the prices rose, which is understandable due to the economy, but it is worth it. Also the spring rolls that were delicious, as shown in the picture. Totally recommended.

I always loved this place. If you haven't tried, pho it is an incredibly delicious soup and under 10 dollars for a large bowl. Drinks are great, it is highly recommended for its low price, consistent quality and fast service.

I had Pho Special here and the broth is very good! I also fell in love with the atmosphere at the restaurant and the customer service is beyond amazing!! I have never met any restaurant owners who are so honest that they really want to make sure you have a good experience eating their food. Would definitely come back again!
