Holiday Inn Express Suites Tehachapi Hwy 58/mill St. An Ihg

Was here on business, staff was great. Left before breakfast, but there was coffee and begals, was able to get a bowl of cereal. Rooms are well insulated, no noise from other rooms or hallway. Bed was the perfect, and the room was very clean and well sticked. Ac worked great. Can not wait to visit again. Sierra was very helpful on check out, and super friendly. Thank you a great stay

Great quiet place to rest for the night Excellent breakfast and nice accommodations my only complaint was that AT snd T dies not work up there and couldn’t make any phone calls until hostess helped me reach my family I ate at the Indian restaurant beside the Baymont Hotel and it was again delicious with great service

After spending most nights in IHG brand hotels, most nights of the year. This place is way over priced! The lack of amenities in the room, like shampoo and soap. No seating outside besides in the pool area. And the breakfast is not even worth going down for! There should be a standard this place needs to go by. Ownership or management should step up and bring up to par with other Holiday Inn Express Express hotels. Certain things should be available no matter what! Same breakfast items, like cinnamon rolls, that is a IHG staple, and make sure breakfast items are available for the whole duration of breakfast hours. Room items, like shampoo and soap in the same brand, not just what's cheaper to get. If you have a patio are, put chairs out there. And have employees that take a little pride in there job! Customer comes first! You should be providing experience for the price they charge. And shows how much they care when pretty much all responses to people's reviews are the same generic response.Room ok. Amenities not so great and Location is the only thing this place has going for it.

Stayed for a family reunion we attended in a near by town. The free breakfast was an added bonus especially with having our family with us. The rooms were clean and it was nice to have a microwave in the room with you for reheating food. Staff was friendly as well and even asked us about our family reunion upon returning for the night. Very personal and attentive. We would definitely stay again if we were going to be in the area

They charged me a fine of having a pet when I never had a dog in the room. A $300 charge appeared on my credit card. Two months later. No explanation as to why and I was totally confused since I knew I had not stayed there recently. Someone at the desk told me it was a pet fine. Crazy because I had no pet. I tried and tried to talk to the managers, but neither would return my call. Other than that the hotel was tolerable. I would recommend staying somewhere else.
