Sonic Drive-in - Tehachapi

So I normally i do not complain because I do realize that everyone has bad days, including me. ; But Charlotte in the drive thru was so very rude! This is not the first time I have dealt with her attitude either. The food is always good here and thestaff is wonderful during the day. But Charlotte has never been kind, very rude when asking questions about the menu, and seemedso irritated with me. I had to ask for her name after we got our food in fear she would do something to it. Very good food andnormally very good service, just try avoiding Charlotte if you can.

Happy hour 1/2 price drinks are a great deal and soo satisfying when you're thirsty fun after school treat for my daughter and grandson.

2 cars in front of me and I had to wait at least 10 minutes before I got to the window and a couple more minutes to get food. My chili tots were not cooked long enough, they were hot but soggy. The place was clean and well lit. The cashier seemed to be in anot so good mood but smiled at my joke.

The food was good. I love their fries, but they really skimp on the servings! A large McDonald's fries is big enough for my daughter and me, but here we had to buy two and it still wasn't enough! It feels like they don't fill up the fries all the way!

It took 20min to get 2 Iced Teas. I appreciate that they were fulfilling the orders in the order they came in, but most places will get simple drink orders out quicker if that is all you order.
