Coffee Couture - Teignbridge

Bank Holiday weekend and they only have one member of staff working! Poor lad was running around like a mad man to make sure everyone was seen to and very apologetic. Had nearly an hour wait for the two of us as the owner walked in and handed out probably two drinks before leaving again with a giant queue.

Nice and busy on my visit on a Friday morning. Very good proper coffee and v friendly staff. Lots of people sitting in for food. All looked good.

Went in on 13/3/24 . Yes, we were early, and yes, there was a group meeting going ahead, but myself and my colleague went in with smiles wanting to have a brief meeting before we had to run our own shop. Only to be stood waiting for 10 mins with no acknowledgement from either member of staff who walked past us both at the till point numerous times ....... Truly disappointed as being a local we try and support everyone , more customer service training may be needed........

Can't complain when you have half a cherry Bakewell on top of your cherry Bakewell cocktail! Always a good place for cocktails in Newton abbot. For wheelchair users there is a small steep raised doorway which is manageable, it's a step that has had concrete poured to create a death drop ramp but it's not an issue. Inside is spacious for wheelchair users and there are different types of tables to suit everyone some with and without the table skirt.
