Subway - Telford and Wrekin

Absolutely shocking ! Will never get food from here again ordered 3 meals and one had a dietary requirement which meant this meal could have no cheese ! When the order arrived it was smothered in cheese. I tried to contact the store and no one could be bothered to answer the phone . Absolutely outrageous! Why have a number listed if not going to answer and clearly they cannot read.

I went into Subway, Lawley today. I was the only customer in the shop and I stood next to the counter to place my order. Neither the man or woman behind the counter acknowledged that I was there. They didn’t bother to say hello, that they wouldn’t be long, explain what they were doing and they made me feel very uncomfortable. I waited and was ignored for nearly 10 minutes then I left without being served and will not be returning there as I found their behaviour to be rude and unacceptable.

Very rude and had only just started my order when I was made to pay as well as this they barely but any cheese or salad on the sub and didn’t offer a bag which they normally do.

I visited Subway today and was asked twice in a rude manner about my bread choice. When I realized my order came with bacon and asked to swap it for ham, I was told no in a disrespectful and unprofessional way. Although I was eventually able to have the bacon removed, I was not able to change the extra meat on my sandwich. The service was very poor and I do not plan on returning anytime soon.

This local café is the perfect place to grab a coffee. The service is even better when you are assisted by a lovely woman with great manners who is very friendly. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name as I didn't ask, and she wasn't wearing a name badge.
