Bella Italia - Telford

Visited when we were in the area for a conference. The area in general is very nice and modern with lots of chain restaurants to choose from. We chose Bella Italia as we liked the sound of the menu. It was very busy and had a lovely atmosphere. All staff obviously enjoying their jobs and very friendly. Fast service and good food, the prawns were especially delicious with a kick from the chilis. Will be our go to restaurant when at our next conference

The service at this restaurant is exceptional - the staff are attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with a relaxing ambiance that makes for a great dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere.

My children enjoy coming to this restaurant, but in all honesty, the prices are too high for the bland and mediocre food that is served by what appears to be young students in a cooking class. The waitstaff is pleasant and friendly. Overall, the food quality is rated 2 out of 5, the service is 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere is also rated 2 out of 5.
