Subway - Telford

The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming, making eye contact and offering nice smiles. I was served promptly and received exactly what I ordered. The vegetarian options were extensive, and dietary restrictions were clearly displayed. There was ample parking, a clean and quiet environment for kids, and full wheelchair accessibility. Overall, a great spot for a delicious breakfast.

I’ve eaten at Subway before (dine in) and was very happy with the food. However the take away we received was far below par. We ordered 3 six inch steak subs with extras and crinkle wedges. Food arrived in good time but everything was almost cold. The subs looked like they had been thrown together and squashed and as for the crinkle wedges, no colour, soggy, they were more like boiled wedges with a sprinkle of seasoning and not very nice at all. Safe to say we will not be ordering a take away from Subway in the future but I would eat in.

I visited this subway today and was greeted by a staff member who was not wearing a hair net and did not want to be there by the looks of it. I did not get her name but she looked early 20’s and with red hair she told me I couldn’t have this and couldn’t have that and made it extremely difficult for me to order and in my head I was stressing. As you can imagine, with the cost of living at the moment, everyone is choosing to spend their money wisely and I felt like I was pressured into ordering. She also didn’t ask me if I wanted my sandwich toasted and the presentation was awful; did not cut the foot long into 2 and overall I had a really poor experience. I will never go this subway again, which is unfortunate as one individual has ruined it for a branch.

The food was decent, but the service from BELLA was terrible. She was rude and disrespectful to both the staff and the customers. She started taking our order and then disappeared. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The meal was dinner and the price per person was between £10-£20. I would give the food a 4, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.
