Feedback gevenI requested the gluten-free menu and was informed by our waitress that the manager would have to take my order. Katie, the manager, was very helpful and explained the measures taken to ensure my food was prepared safely. She assured me that the head chef would wear fresh gloves and thoroughly clean all work surfaces and utensils before cooking my meal. Only the head chef or herself would deliver my food to the table, and all dishes would be served as soon as they were ready. However, despite these precautions, there were significant delays in receiving my gluten-free food. The kitchen was apparently very busy, and my husband had finished his meal by the time my food arrived. Unfortunately, when it did finally come, it was cold. The wok-fried greens had a good taste but were slimy due to being cold. The chicken and prawn pad thai lacked flavor, and the prawns and chicken were undercooked and cold. I was disappointed with the quality of the food and ended up leaving most of it uneaten, which is unusual for me. Katie apologized for the delays and offered a free dessert, but at that point, I just wanted to leave. Overall, my experience at the Telford wagamama was subpar compared to other locations. While this won't deter me from visiting other wagamamas, Telford certainly fell short in terms of food quality and service.
