Timber Room - TELLURIDE

I would agree with the other reviews that the food quality/taste this year compared to last year has diminished the food is simply just bland now. We use to come here a lot and rave about the baked chicken with the roasted vegetables because it was amazing, now the roasted chicken is blah. The elk tar tar use to be a standout dish, now it's just bland and missing flavor. The deviled eggs use to be amazing now they are just hard rubber. The fried rabbit is gone, etc. The drinks on the drink menu are not great anymore either and I had one of the worst drinks I've had last night some gin cocktail.

In one word, Exceptional! Amazing experience. Boone was our waiter and we couldn’t have asked for better service.

Don’t waste your money on the food here. It was so so terrible. SO expensive and so bad! The atmosphere is gorgeous and the service was great but the food was inedible. I took videos, not pictures, I wish I could post on here to show how bad it was.

Most expensive bad food in Telluride. Avoid! Servers need better training. Manager doesn’t care.

Service was lacking, they seemed short staffed. Not understanding why a baked potato costs 100+ ? They have a build your own charcuterie board option which was a little overwhelming with the choices. Food was just ok, drinks were nothing to rave about either.
