Carol's - Temecula

I gladly give this restaurant a 5-star review! The salmon Caesar salad was incredibly delicious, and we really enjoyed the fried artichoke hearts as well. Don't miss out on the raspberry cheesecake—it's a must-try! The chairs could use a bit of improvement, but overall, the food was fantastic and it was a wonderful first experience.

The pasta is outstanding, and the shrimp was cooked and seasoned to perfection. When paired with their Chardonnay, it makes for a delightful experience.

We live in Temecula, and finding restaurants to eat at on the weekends without a two-hour wait can be quite a challenge, especially in the crowded winery areas filled with tourists. Although I had never been to Carol's before, we decided to give it a shot, and we ended up really enjoying our experience. We didn’t have to wait, which might seem like a bad sign, but it was so refreshing to avoid the chaos. The place has a unique, medieval charm rather than being overly trendy. The hostess and server were perfectly sweet and attentive. Our food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed some live music and appreciated the cozy outdoor patio seating. I would definitely recommend it to locals who haven't checked it out yet.

It's weird that you can't order a single glass of wine at the tasting room but you can at the restaurant. But other than that it was pretty good.

Carols is the best. Classy inside with nice fire place and a tremendous patio with live music on Saturday. Ask for Marla, tell her Bandit sent you!!
