Shakey's Pizza Parlor - Temecula

Breanna and Jasmine are truly the best in the business. Shakey’s offers the finest pizza, mojo potatoes, and delicious fried chicken I've had in a long time. Breanna was incredibly friendly and focused on providing great customer service. Jasmine welcomed us with a radiant smile and a vibrant personality that brightened our day. We will definitely return and request these amazing ladies who made our experience wonderful!

I visited the restaurant because my grandson received a free pizza. The food was good, though not exceptional. Afterward, we played some games, and one of the machines had an error code, but they fixed it quickly, and we ended up with hundreds of tickets. The staff was very patient while my grandson picked out his toys. I would definitely go again, as I've visited many times over the years.

Despite the disarray, the manager walked around in the kitchen but didn’t seem to notice the messy tables, salad bar, or drink area. The bathrooms also needed a good scrubbing. In addition to the lack of cleanliness, the staff seemed unenthusiastic; they appeared to have just eaten sour grapes, with no smiles, expressions, or even a simple thank you. This location could really benefit from improvements in both personality and cleanliness.

This is the second time my family has been here. The employees do work faster and more of a team than another location we regularly dine in. They regularly pick up our empty plates during their lunch buffet hours. They regularly bring out more food and clean plates in the buffet area. It's a great place to eat.

Dawn the manager was awesome! She was very friendly and helpful with our order and had a lot of knowledge of this restaurant history. I had my autistic daughter with me and she was super friendly and understanding with us. Definitely will return.
