I am so disappointed with this place! When I first tried Surf City Squeeze, it was fantastic, and I used to visit frequently. However, over the years, the quality has declined significantly. The smoothies now lack flavor and are overly icy. They used to include much more of the liquid ingredients, which gave them a unique taste and a smoother texture. I went to the shopping center yesterday hoping it had returned to its original quality, but unfortunately, it was just as bland as before, and I couldn't even finish it. Given that these drinks aren’t cheap, they should at least strive to match their previous standards. I wonder if they are following franchise guidelines. The location in Escondido, where I first tried it, still makes smoothies the way they used to. I feel like customers are being shortchanged here!

This place is located up on a hill. The smoothies are never blended thoroughly, resulting in large chunks of ice, and they are very diluted with little to no flavor.

The dame made my order that she got on her handy, went to make a phone call while she was mixed, then stood there and ended her phone call all while the smooth was already done. So we had to wait for her to finish her call to get our drink that was done. very unprofessional and not clean. smoothie was also terrible. it tasted like milk and ice.

This particular location was quite stout. Good service and good squeezing.
