I had to swing by and check out KD, the new bartender. The beer is fantastic and the service is excellent!

My boyfriend and I have been patrons of this place for years, getting to know the regulars and bartenders quite well. However, after a few months away, we returned to find a new set of bartenders. Unfortunately, our experience this time was not what we had anticipated. One bartender even flipped us off and sarcastically said "you" to us, but we tried to ignore it since we were there to enjoy ourselves. Another staff member made a comment about my boyfriend's mustache, insisting it was "out of style." Overall, we felt unwelcome, which is a stark contrast to the friendly atmosphere we're used to. The new bartenders seemed quite unhappy, sighing when we asked for water and clearly annoyed by our presence. It was definitely not the warm experience we remember.

Maria is amazing! She is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always attentive to everyone's needs. She's a spectacular bartender in the city!
