Burger Rush - Tempe

First off we were greeted with one of the best customer service experiences I?ve had in years. Mark and Jerome need a raise!! Friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu and tastes. Great recommendations, we went with a double classic with onion rings, an Ortega with zucchini fries and 2 classics with fries. Let me start with QUALITY burgers. (Pictures included) The meat was delicious with the mesquite flavor shining through. The toppings fresh and crisp and the sides were bussin! 1. Definitely try the classics. ? satisfying and exactly what you are wanting in a burger with savory, salty and crisp. 2. If you go for spicy smoke the Ortega has your boxes checked. The combo of the creamy pepper sauce, the Ortega pepper and the mesquite?s flavor is addicting. 3. Kids will love the classic with cheese and my 7 year old was thrilled. Her review was (the meat isn?t hard like McDonald?s and the burger is great) Bottom line this spot is hot, the food is great and the staff brings back some actual customer service and care for the product. I would have to say of all the burger places in the valley Burger Rush on Broadway is the most tasty and refreshing meal you've had a long long time. The food is prepared and served very professionally by the staff who always make you feel welcome. Food is extremely hot and fresh. The prices are what you would expect if not a little less than you might expect. I think if they got any bigger it would really change the mix. The food portions are huge. The soda fountain drinks all taste correctly and with the proper amounts of carbonation and syrup. Okay folks my wife Kimberly is a french fry aficionado. They serve them exactly how she likes it freshly made hot with plenty of salt. I personally got to try their milkshakes so I couldn't speak to them but if it's anything like the way they cook their other food I imagine it would be would be heaven in my mouth. I know they don't pay me to write these I'm not helping anybody out this is just one day of good place to go eat for lunch or dinner and even better to take the family and friends. And to the people over there at Burger Rush thank you very much for all the great meals that my wife and I have had with you guys thank you again

The food was great, the service was awful. Upon ordering through drive through, the tone from the man was not helpful. The lady at the window had attitude. We waited over 10 minutes at the window. They seemed inconvenienced about asking them for our kids meal drinks. No warning about the wait. My husband loves this place but he's never ordered during this time of the day. It was Saturday at 5 pm, it seemed pretty empty from our view.
