I have NEVER had a decent drink here. Seriously, every single time I order rebels, it's always watered down. The whole point of rebels is to enjoy that fizzy, electric flavor, and they just can't seem to get it right. On top of that, the customer service is terrible. None of the staff are friendly at all.

I usually only come to this location as a last resort because I dislike the drive-thru experience, and the staff isn't as friendly as at my usual spot. I don't understand why this drive-thru takes three times longer than others. As I write this, I've been waiting in line for 20 minutes without even placing my order, and the same eight cars are still ahead of me. Why is that? Yes, I chose to come here, but I have an interview up the street. Maybe I've just been spoiled by my regular place, but I've visited this one a dozen times, and the experience never improves. Now, after 22 minutes, I finally placed my order, but I still have to wait for the four cars in front of me to get their drinks. It seems like it will be about 30 minutes before I leave the drive-thru with just one iced coffee. And it's not even a special day for extra points or offers.

Parking can be quite chaotic, but when it's not too busy, the experience is fantastic.
