Every time we visit this place, it takes at least 30 minutes to prepare a sub. What’s going on? It’s just a sub! I could get a steak dinner faster. They really need to rethink their business model! While the staff is wonderful and the food is good, it's also quite pricey and slow. I recommend spending your money elsewhere!

I ordered two subs, and it took 30 minutes for them to be ready. While I waited, the staff seemed more focused on preparing Uber Eats orders. I understand the importance of fulfilling delivery requests, but it's frustrating for customers who are dining in or picking up their orders to have to wait this long for two sandwiches. I believe that if this is a recurring issue, there should be dedicated staff for deliveries and another team member handling walk-in orders.

Clean, friendly, fast service and attentive workers. It is always nice to see when a company finds good employees with great attitude. Thank you. As far as food is concerned, no complaint. Sandwich was fresh, drinking machine did not give this word to taste (which means they actually clean it), and they get the orders without a long delay. Nice place for a quick bite!

They ask if I'm a rewards member, ask if I want pickle, sub not made in a hurry and sloppy and soggy, and they're very friendly and courteous!!

Made a special visit to try a new cajun chicken sandwich was put together little messy. Didn't taste bad at all lots of jalapenos. Cheese was melted nicely quite a bit of chicken. I'm not sure how they got it so tender that was the surprising part. Most chicken you get is quite overcooked and dry this wasn't the case here. The two stars is because it's just too hot maybe some sunscreens on the windows. Get prepared for this hot summer Firehouse subs. But please keep up the great work with your entrepreneurial charity work giving back to the firefighters what a great cause don't forget to donate!!!
