??Awesome experience?? after a long day of work and yet still not over with I stopped by for a quick bite to eat ordered a small and all of the employees insured that I knew exactly what I was ordering to make sure that I wasn’t walking out hungry they showed me the sizes and I was able to order the correct one to fill me up these guys are awesome! Definitely gonna be coming back to this location clean as I can be in everybody’s so friendly, I think that’s hard to come by these days great work guys keep it going!?????

Okay so I was having such a good day to only have it ruined cause they messed up my WHOLE order. I wanted to have dinner with my husband and well I couldn 't cause I had to waste our dinner time on me driving all the way back to get my order fixed. Yes they fixed it. Yes I got the correct order at the end of the day, however I lost time with my family AND her excuse for the girl that messed up my WHOLE order was because it was busy . It was NOT busy. I was the only one there when she made my food, the rush came after she made my food. It 's one thing to miss modifications on one sandwich, but messing it up on both our sandwiches, forgetting my soup, also having the Mac and cheese be portioned as though it was a cup instead of a bowl. Oml I don 't want to go back to this location, but I don 't have a choice cause it 's the ONLY one in the area.

I got the Italian and it was yummy! The subs are always delicious. The person taking my order was very friendly and helpful!

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out an outstanding worker at this location. Sean you were fantastic! I ordered a catering order last minute and Sean swooped in and saved the day! In case you are wanting to order catering from Fire House theydo require a 24 hours notice. I was under the 24 hour mark when placing my order but Sean was super accommodating and even tookthe time to help me customize the order since the website was down. When I arrived Sean and Conner helped take all the items outto my car and made the whole experience 5 stars!
