It's Just Wings - Tempe

I may give this place another try, but my last meal was half horrible. The wings were delish, but the fries were so hard I couldn't eat them. Not overcooked hard, but been sitting out all day, don't want to increase our food waste, so we aren't throwing these out hard. I called to complain and they were supposed to issue a refund. It never happened. I did speak with thr manager at Chili's Daniel and after the run around for over 90 minutes, he made my order over and it was good. I think they need to figure out how this portion of their business is supposed to work, because it was a hot mess.

Pretty disappointed with these wings. I would recommend going to a real wing place. They should never put the fries in the same area as the wings!! Fries became completely soggy and gross. Wings were half decent but felt like freezer wings.

Decent frozen wings warmed up and coated in lots of sauce (sometimes not enough). I did not really enjoy them and could have purchased similar wings at Costco from the freezer section for even less money. It seems like this online ordering system is not a priority for the Chili?s in restaurant structure. Prepare to stand around waiting in said Chili?s. Bad vibes

I love wings, but the ones I got from this place ? well they went straight to trash. Not to mention that there was only one tiny ranch included (paid for) so cheap.

Got wings from its just wings, no where does it tell you it's chilies. If I had known it was this company I wouldn't have placed an order.
