Mcdonald's - Tempe

Had not listened to my order and got it wrongly argued with three customers in order and when I confronted them about the messing up of my order, they decided that I would lie about it and empties my bad before them to show that they held wrong their taking.

Go through. especially for lunch. they always take their orders. would not give stars if possible.

The afternoon service is terrible and the restaurant is filled with flying, dirt. there is never a fresh tee to drink, either these workers make this mcdonald’s suck

I have had to wait at this McDonald's for food and orders before but it was never that big of a deal. I've never even written a review ever for a restaurant, but some pompous, bossy, white kid ordering everyone around and literally yelling the whole time has brought me here. He is/was extremely annoying and so f**king loud. On the intercom, at the window, yelling loud enough people inside and outside of the restaurant could hear him. Maybe they'll have faster service unless the whole team quits. I didn't catch his name but has a vein popping out of his neck whenever he yell talks. Can't miss him. Yelling at customers and employees. That dude SUCKS. Update: This is the WORST food quality I've ever had from there. Probably because he was rushing everyone and YELLING. Here, ILL YELL THE REST OF MY REVIEW. THE BUNS WERE HARD AS F*CK, THE BURGERS WERE BARELY ON THE BUNS, MISSING DECENT SERVINGS AND INGREDIENTS ON THE BURGER, FRIES COLD AND LIMP. HAHA IF THIS DUDE READS THIS: YOU SUCK.

Came here to order my son lunch. Ordered a happy meal and one extra cheeseburger. They didn’t take my order right. Then when I needed to correct it they refused to. I was asking to purchase another cheeseburger bc they were the ones who didn’t take my order right. The weird Mexican manager closed the window on me and my 8 year old son when I was trying to ask if I can just order it real quick so my son can have his lunch. She cussed at me and told me to get out of her line that she will not add it for me. Very nice girl came to the window and asked what was going on. She told her manager to relax and stop talking to us like that, then gave it to us for free. Never coming here again. A regular employee should not be having to apologize for their managers behavior.
