Pizza Hut - Tempe

I ordered two party boxes and even left an 18% tip, but what I received was disappointing. The pizza was stuck to the box, and it didn’t have marinara sauce as it should have. The wings barely had any sauce, there was no dipping sauce for the breadsticks or cheese bread, and I didn’t even receive a confirmation code for my order. The worst part is that I spent around $90, and the quality was nowhere near what I expected.

The experience was disappointing and not up to standard. I tried to call back, and the manager has now offered a $25 credit, but when I try to reach someone on the phone, no one answers. This is really frustrating!

I ordered at 20 o'clock yesterday. it's 8 o'clock the next day and I didn't get my order and when I called the phone, just rings forever. I guess they should always use a credit card so that they can calculate more easily from this location.

I have never paid for a pizza from the tempe store that costs more than $23.00 with control and delivery. for more than 30 years. no more. the same pizza was over $40. spoke to two different call centers, was separated when tried to pay and had to start. they gave me the right price, they said it would be $33.00 finnaly got someone who could answer on the store stand and the accused was $40.00 too bad, but never again.

Either Pizza hut's quality went down or my standards for pizza got higher. The past few times I have ordered from here and other locations I have been pretty disappointed.
