Feedback gevenI just saw another review of a person with the same problem. I went into the Starbucks and there were three employees standing chatting and laughing by the register. One of them literally stuck their hand in my face and said hold on while they continued to gossip in front of me. I stood there flabbergasted for a solid 5 minutes while they continued to talk in front of me until a girl who was making other drinks (the only one) came to take my order. She then went back to making the orders while the other three continued to stand around and talk and laugh with eachother. Props to that girl because she’s the only one holding this location together right now. This location is such a joke.
Three people working. One poor girl making all the drinks with 6+ people waiting. The other two were sat chatting at the registers with no line. Not sure how the division of labor works at Starbucks but that doesn’t seem right to me ?
Love the atmosphere. I love small library and there are not much books but seem interesting to find out.Spacious space. There are sitting are inside , outside and counter.Nice decorations and feel refreshing and energize when walk in.Lovely and helpful staffs who don’t mind to answered ton of my questions about membership in USA and also helped me solved problems during payment which I found out later that my card was locked by bank from unusual spending and multiple transactions. Thanks to MiMi (hope I remembered her name right And compliment to barista who made the drink for me. Such a refreshing and calmed me down from hot issues that I was facing before visit the store.Available toilets to use which requires passwords.Multiple shelves of cups, foods and what I like the most is membership cards. All of them are so cute.Definitely will visit again to check out small library :
I'm nowhere near done with my caramel macchiato or breakfast goods and I'm sitting here at the Canopy Hilton next door needing to post my review. I won't do this justice but I'm gonna try. By far, the absolute best Starbucks ever in products and ELITE TOP NOTCH SERVICE above all other locations. The establishment is super clean. The efficiency by the barista is amazing. Short line but manageable. Hardly felt like a short line. Order process smooth. I was asked if I wanted to use reward stars and as I used the app of course, she used my name. I have NEVER been asked this from any other Starbucks employee in any other location. Ever. Name usage included. Popped a $5 in her tip jar. Sold. Two hot coffees, two spinach wraps, two mini vanilla scones. Be still my heart when I get back to my room to hand out treats to my husband on a client call I see not two but three mini scones. My heart. Shame on me not getting her name but she is unforgettable. Lovely long dark hair and super cute white framed glasses and a Starbucks baseball cap. Adorable. Epic. Unforgettable. Positive. Tempe Starbucks got it going on. Well done to the best Starbucks employee around.
Easy to order online. A bit long line to order in person. Pick up area is huge and well-managed. Drink tastes great. Convenient location across from the campus.
