Starbucks - Tempe

Serious customer service, besteller are terrible not to hear or even know their menu. after years of ordering the same drink I said it cannot be done. after drinking several correct time and saying it was still correctly received incorrect order. once again, when you had to ask for drinking to be corrected customer service was refilled.

I've always had great experiences with this location. Staff is usually very friendly and quick. Best part is the drinks I've gotten have always have a consistent taste no matter which barista prepared it.

I stopped drinking coffee, prices are always going up.

Just got home with my Starbucks and lifted my cup to see this inside the bottom of my cup. I always get the chai tea latte and never have this on the bottom not sure what this is or why it's here.
