Applebee's - Temple

The woman at the bar messed up with the kiosk. She looked at us several times. Someday we said we could sit at the table at the door. She disappeared and another woman gave us menus and cutlery. Waited almost ten minutes before she asked the other lady for drinks. She brought the drinks. almost ten minutes later and at this point we were ready to order, waitress not see where. So I tell the other lady and instead of just taking our order, she went to the other lady that she had a table. Lady's coming over, taking our order. We ordered an appetizer, a shrimp salad and then a chicken salad. All the food came together and was not good at all. Even our waitress did not deliver the food. So we start eating and we're almost done and she's coming over and wondering if we need something. We'll tell her we're not thanking her well. She goes to the bar about five minutes later and she falls everything she does and just shakes over this pair. About five to ten minutes pass and we're done. We had to go plates and drinks, but we were ignored. Ends to pay the kiosk at the table. Didn't tip what I've never done, but the restaurant was empty and she could do it better. What is sad is that I wrote everything and nothing happens. We love this place but will not be back.

I hadn't ate here in some time due to some bad experiences in the past before and after covid, with very poor service, but my son wanted to go here so I am glad we gave them a try. Excellent food and service. We have returned on 3 occasions now and all good. I think Applebee's got it back together. Fancy that!Food: 5/5

Save yourself, go elsewhere. Our food came out correctly that was not the issue. Chicken tenders were so bad not even my kid wanted them. The service was not good. I had asked for a refill on my son's drink, honey mustard, and a chocolate Sunday for my toddler. Server came with the drink for my oldest and honey mustard. He left and when I finally see him again he is coming to ask how we are paying. I ask for the Sunday, no biggie he forgot. He gets it and toddler is so excited. Then he takes our cups. Doesn't come back with refills or anything. I paid on the kiosk. We were there less than an hour, we weren't just holding a table. They were not busy. We would have been gone sooner but I had already ordered the Sunday. At the end the service could have been better, the food could have been better. You have more options in the area, go elsewhere.

What sweet servers and hostess. The fair was cancelled and I’m sure they were not expecting it to be as busy as it was. Only two waiters for entire place and one bartender and the waits were very long. They still kept a smile on their face, friendly, efficient, and we enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for your positive attitudes amid the stress!

Meet friends for dinner and a drink and don't go back. We choose to go because of the special advertised on the Marquee outside, but they wouldn't honor it. Upload an incredible amount for a drink, according to the price, as it was not listed on the menu. Quality of food and service was not, as we expected and disappointed that we have relied on several items as wrong.
