Feedback gevenI don't recommend this place at all. I'd go somewhere else. We usually lack food. At first they never mentioned that they were from Tortillas when I ordered. So we get bowls, okay. Whatever. Then when we come home, we saw that we might have been given $5 worth of food in a bowl for $15 per person! You pulled me off for the last time! Do your self a favor and spend it somewhere else. I'm done.
There are 3 constants in life: death, taxes, and this place is out of something. It never fails. I understand deficiencies, but other restaurants in the area do not have these problems. This is really ridiculous and something has to be done. Hoping company can have some supervision on this site because it is bad
I just ordered by Grubhub and spent $29 to get rice, beans steak. I guess who made my order doesn't know how to read. Thanks for my time and my money. Never again!
The last months, almost every time I'm in, they're out of something. I know that times were difficult for many restaurants, but I haven't eaten anywhere lately, that's consistent with something like this place. More than once I wait a long time just to find out they were out what I wanted to order. Then the server says to ask before I was in the line for so long. Really? Usually the line is quite long. I'd have to go to the counter to see the customer's shoulders what's there. It's just unacceptable. How about the staff to post a sign to say what they are so that customers don't waste their time. I mean, I've seen signs in the past when they have problems getting certain meat. I got a Chipotle gift card for Christmas. I didn't ask. To use it tonight, they said they had problems with their chip machine. They still had chips, but the manager said they would only save them for their online orders. Wow, that was really the last straw for me. I should have ordered online. I'm using my gift card and I'm not back. I like the food, but the aggravation that I experience most is not worth it.
Haven't been to Chipotle in a while. Thought I'd give it a try. Standing there while 3 girls chat and lackadaisically ring up another customer and they don't even look my way. It wasn't busy. They weren't understaffed. Just not well trained. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise.Service: 1/5
