Papa Johns Pizza - Temple

Bought a new chicken ranch Papadias. Yummy good. Delivered it to our car.

Thank you so much to the SUPER busy staff while I visited. From the team lead, the cashier, and other staff, thank you so much for rushing my mixed up order and making sure it was SPOT on!

1/31/2023 An order by DoorDash and the store almost immediately confirms the order. 47 minutes later they canceled the order. I called the store and the employee confirmed that they close early, and when they asked why they waited so long to cancel the order, the said idk we now closed.

Pizzas and cheese bread were not cooked. Everything was doughy. The pizza cakes that were boiled all the way were burned. We also ordered extra garlic sauce and did not even get 1. It's not the first time they screwed up our order. Too bad we think this time would be different. Never again.

The latest Shenanigans of this Papa Johns, I have seen a decrease with this place, this pizza is not even the worst. Never had a bad experience with Papa Johns until I moved to Temple. We love Papa Johns and always hope that it will be better, but I think that the ship has sailed for the 31st location.
