Ras Kitchen - Temple

We had a great meal for our anniversary. The staff was very friendly and professional. We met Chef Ras and were able to let him know how wonderful the food was.

We were very disappointed in our experience. The staff seemed very disorganized. The food was okay only. They need to step up their game. We were very confused about what was what and the menu was a bit difficult to follow. I would suggest a printed menu with explanations of each dish and offering a main course with one or two sides and bread as a complete meal instead of the way the menu is now.

I was visiting TX for my nephew's graduation and decided to check out this establishment. The staff was great. However, the food could be better. I ordered the Tour which consists of a sampling of their meats with a sample of rice and peas. The meats were salty. The salad was good and no bread was offered. I took pics to share
