Feedback gevenThe burgers were good, although I still prefer the Army and Air Force Exchange burgers I’ve had overseas. However, during our dinner visit, the drive-thru was packed, and the inside was about three-quarters full. Most of the staff seemed young, and we waited several minutes without being acknowledged or greeted. When we finally got to the counter, there was still no welcome. We placed our order and I had to ask for straws. Instead of handing me one, they just filled the dispenser. Despite the busy atmosphere, there were plenty of employees working, yet we noticed other customers becoming restless as they waited for their food. It took us nearly 30 minutes to receive ours. I ordered onion rings, which were cold, and for $3.29, there were only six in the box. The spicy chicken sandwich was good, and my wife's burger was decent with warm fries, but my sandwich bun was crushed. I think the employee who brings out the condiments is unnecessary during busy times, as many people still had to go up to the counter for them. It’s a nice touch when things are slow, but not very practical when they're busy. We’ll likely return, but perhaps at off-peak times.
I stopped by for a late dinner recently and had a great experience. My wife wasn't too thrilled about Whataburger since she hadn't enjoyed it in the past, but this time she tried the avocado burger and absolutely loved it. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the staff was friendly and respectful. The prices were just what we expected!
I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. My daughter had an interview that day, so I decided to order a fajita taco. Wow, that taco was both large and delicious! I was pleasantly surprised by its size—I expected something smaller. I hadn't eaten at Whataburger in a few years, and it definitely satisfied my cravings!
From the minute you walk in you fall in love! The service was GREAT! The food was delicious and the portions are huge. Any breakfast lover can enjoy. The mimosa flight was a great pick of our waitress. I can't WAIT to go back.
I'm giving 5 stars to the guy who got our orders at the drive tru. He's very enthusiastic very nice. It's very hard to find customer service like he does. I'm giving 3 stars to not so friendly cashier the person who handed us our food. They need to love their job to be able to show happiness in what they're doing. We tried Whataburger before heading back to Vegas no regret because the food is great! Thank you!
