Don’t even deserve the 1 star Google forces you to put! After coming here for 5 years we was treated terribly on Sunday. We walked into the shop, ordered 3 kebabs and took them home. When we got home one was missing. I called the restaurant to tell them and ask for the missing food to be delivered. They asked for my address and as soon as I said CO7 they didn’t even let me finish the postcode and abruptly said sorry we can’t deliver there, our drivers won’t go that far. We are 15 mins drive from the shop in great bentley. We went all the way there to collect the food and they wasn’t prepared to come to use for their mistake. They said they would charge me £12 for delivery! They even said if they had delivered it in the first place they would have brought it back but because we walked in they won’t come out to us. RIDICULOUS! I said it wasn’t good enough and wanted a full refund and they said no we will only refund us for the missing food £7. When they tried to process the refund twice it wasn’t working. They asked for our bank details to do a bank transfer. I refused to give them, as it’s illegal. They must refund back to the customers original payment method. Then they put the phone down on me! They got a delivery driver on the phone who was very rude! I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place. They didn’t enjoy the 2 kebabs we did receive either!

Missing food and refused to delivery the order to me. Also refused a refund. Shocking customer service. I would not recommend this place!!!
