The Tavern - Tendring

Spent the night with friends at the new years eve party. Ages from 18 to 80 and everyone interacting with each other. Amazing atmosphere. Both the live music and DJ were brilliant with the most amazing buffet laid on. Highly recommend this place as I am there most Saturday evenings. Well done Team Tavern you all worked so hard to give everyone a great evening.

I cannot fault this place whether you are having the carvery or bar food you will not be disappointed, The food is amazing ,The staff are superb, I can highly recommend this place , Its got to be the best place in town for a carvery and its excellent and value for money .Definitely will be going back ,

Held a birthday party in the back room, really good venue for a gathering great bar staff Had our own band and all the staff were very helpful with letting us set up in the room in time Many thanks

Two of us for Sunday lunch.carvery with help yourself to several choice of vegetables, roast and mash potatoes.yorkshire puddings.gorgous cauliflower cheese.there were several choices of meats including beef,turkey, and pork with beautiful proper crackling with stuffing.everything so hot and plenty of meat served too. Desserts a available for a small extra cost.staff are lovely and helpful people.good for families as they cover all generations . lovely Sunday lunch .

Had a few drinks in the Tavern, we were made to feel welcome by the bar staff, nice atmosphere very friendly people in there, looking forward to returning, PS good beer clean glasses, what more could you ask for.
