Feedback gevenOne of our best meals in La Penita! Had chicken drizzles and fries. We've been here for two weeks and went to Mario today. It's the only place we've eaten so far, it's a MUST to do again. Very reasonable prices.
My twin and I celebrated a birthday week in La Pineta. The finale was at Mario's Tortas!! It's a family business!! The food and service was the best of the 4 restaurants we were this week. We had a private party, so we had the restaurant for us. When the music began, all danced with us, including Mario's wife, daughter, son and brother. As I said, it was the FINAL!! Thanks Mario and family for a very unforgettable BIRTHDAY! I recommend this restaurant and would be back in a flash!! The ribs were fantastic!
Well, it's still as good as ever. Mario was there. Very nice. Two times. From far end, when Guayabitos. Got a hamburger. The best in mexico. Tortas are still great. Very good.
It's a great place. Two times. We loved the Tortas. A bit on foot it takes from la penita. Great smoothies. We are going back in 2018. Very recommended.
A torta is a sandwich made on a bun (also is a style of bun). And Mario's makes great ones. While you sit there is a steady procession of take out going by, and they do deliver. They serve beer and fabulous French fries. Tortas...are cheap like borscht but do not come with fries, you must order them on the side. Mario's wife, daughter and son all work there and give second to none service.
