Dairy Queen In W - ter Haven

The place was chill the employee was so patient with my parents who can't speak English much the food was good place is okay only problem was they gave my family their food and not me they were literally halfway finished when the lady noticed I didn't have my order. But it's understandable since it was packed.

The only con I have to say about this place is, being an ice cream shop you would expect it to be cool inside. But no it's always hott and uncomfortable

We enjoy going to this DQ its always so clean inside and out. On our last visit no one was at the counter to wait on us, finally someone from the back came to the front to wait on us.

Hi my apologies. Tonight I walked in but didn't order the place smell worse then Walmart restroom ,if not just as bad . I don't know if it was due to all the people sitting in such a small place. Tonight was my first time coming to this location. Unfortunately I will not be back. I do hope wish you best of luck in finding out where the smell is coming from.

A girl came out to take orders just before we got to the menu. We told her what we wanted then asked for the smallest ice cream cup possible. She just said ‘okay’ and that they would tell us our total at the window. We get to the window and pay, and he hands us a what he called ‘pup cup’ and asked if we needed a lid for that like we wanted for the blizzards. We declined and I asked for a spoon instead and that’s when him and another employee seemed confused and started looking at the order screen. He handed us the spoon and kept looking at us weirdly then handed us the other two blizzards we ordered and as we were driving away he was looking in our car into the back seat before complaining ‘there was a baby back there.’ Please know we did NOT ask for a pup cup. Your employee taking orders did not even tell us we were getting a pup cup. So before you run your mouth to fellow employees maybe start with training your employees to speak up on sizing and what’s appropriate.
