Tre Stelle - TERAMO

Quality and hospitality are the first two words I would use to describe this restaurant. Everything we were served (truffle-based cuisine and more) was of excellent quality. We started with a simple appetizer with truffle bruschetta, a simple dish capable of enhancing the quality of the main element. Subsequently we ordered two first courses: a tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms with truffle flakes and agnolotti stuffed with meat and truffle; excellent both for the flavor and the composition of the dish. As a second course we ordered a tagliatelle, which was also excellent with proper cooking (it melted in your mouth). the sweet ending was truly the icing on the cake. Nice place, friendly and helpful owner. We were greeted by a box of porcini mushrooms that passed under our noses and our mouths were already watering. All the dishes were tasty at the right point, the appetizer before ordering and the porcini carpaccio off the menu were appreciated. Personally, the thing I appreciated most was the honesty and transparency of the owner regarding her quality standards, which she has always respected in these years that I have been here. They will definitely see me again. For those who ask, there is WiFi (and I also used it).

The name of the place does not do justice to the quality of it, in every respect. Raise two stars! Jokes aside, simply a divine dinner. If you are a truffle lover, and until now, to enjoy good dishes based on the prized tuber you have gone, like me, to more famous places (and I avoid naming names! , go to the Tre Stelle restaurant, where the truffle is the main ingredient of every dish and not simply a sprinkling of gold! I have never eaten so well and never tasted such good truffle dishes. The elegance of the venue, the professionalism of the staff, the care in preparing the dishes, the delicacy of each course and the excellent value for money make this restaurant truly a 5-star restaurant. There is no point in making a list of the dishes and their goodness, look at the photos I attach. Even the price, of a complete dinner for two, is absolutely in line with simple restaurants where you don't eat truffles. Ah, I forgot the abundance of the dishes! The photos of the first and second courses are half portions, shared with my wife. Really compliments; I will definitely return with friends.

Ottimo cibo, la maggior parte a base di tartufo (vero). Posto curato e accogliente. Davvero ottimo!
