I start from the panatura: crisp to the right but excessively dark and with a slightly scorched taste. Probably frying oil was used for too many fries. The rice inside: sticky, almost a crayon. Rice was practically indistinguishable. Just in salt. The filling: in those with butter is formed a single group of bechamel and cheese that must be broken at every bite. I personally prefer it more creamy. In those with meat (or as it would say a true arancinivoro ACCARNE) the ragù is a little dry, almost without tomato sauce.
