I Ribelli Di Campagna - TERNI

I had great expectations, as I have been here on summer since 2019. They have changed location, moving few tens of meters away from previous beautiful garden nearby Nerina river. The new place is about 3 times larger than the previous one, but they do not seem to have realised that. They served my Fiorentina cold, something I would have never expected in the past years. They employ only 3 waiters for about 60 persons, making the service inefficient and lazy. Ingredients seemed to me less fresh than they used earlier, with my ciriole alla ternana looking common sauce pasta with no art or emotion. Prices are still within the average of Terni.

Typical trattoria of the Italian center. excellent meat and discreet pasta. the position is difficult to find and above all not illuminated. I believe that in 2022 do not pay attention to these details, we lose a lot of customers. in addition to the outdoor garden should be cleaned

That's superlative! a little rustic the place, but the food all made in the house by them very good. the meat was really good, well worked and delicious!

A delightful place yo enjoy a beautiful afternoon in the sunshine. The weather was perfect for sitting outside but any hotter you would definitely need to be in the shade. Nice space inside too, and nice view of the falls. The food was very good however it came a little too quickly for our liking but we still enjoyed our time here. Service is good, efficient and friendly. Will certainly go back.

Great food and great service. Very typical cuisine. You really need to like it. I do. All was perfect. I loved the Capegna prosciutto, coratella, trippa, barbazza aceto e salvia. Cannelloni with wild boar, mushrooms and truffles were unique. Highly recommended if you want to taste local food!
