Feedback gevenCourteous and passionate staff, great chef, informal but well-kept environment, excellent food, fresh fish, great choice of wines, refinements and tradition... this is what I would write if I had happened upon it with the intention of doing a journalistic review forgive me for the term . The fact, however, is that it 's good at Mirko and Lino 's... this is the truth and I 'm not just saying it because I 've been going there with the whole family for years now. I admit, I have been a seasonal customer since they had the courage and passion for this job to take over a historic tavern and completely revisit its appearance and menu while maintaining the culinary traditions that gave credit to the previous management of the good Salvatore and of his family before him. It 's true, some nostalgic/skeptics upon entering will say that it 's the usual little place from before, re-adapted with contemporary furnishings and different management, but if their taste manages to go further for a moment from taking a fried calamari and prawns or a risotto with scampi this was for you Mirko! even going so far as to try the salmon steak in Terracina?!? Blasphemy you might say... but instead... in the chef 's way, I 'm sure he 'll change his mind quickly. Highly recommended in every way.
