Feedback gevenIt's hard to believe, but even though mistakes are common at drive-ins, they managed to do something even worse. This morning, I started my day with a coffee that was full of grounds at the bottom. I can't help but wonder if they are intentionally trying to upset customers.
The food is often reheated and not consistently hot. My last cafe latte had an unusual taste that prompted me to have it remade twice, with the same outcome. However, it must be acknowledged that the service is consistently provided with a smile. I make it a point to check my takeout orders because it is not uncommon for them to be incorrect. However, they are always corrected promptly and with a smile.
It is impossible to place an order with their outdated technology. It takes three times longer and detracts from the overall experience. I left before I could even finish placing my order. Nothing is worth sacrificing good human service.
