Arby's - Terrell

I paid extra and ordered a chocolate shake on DoorDash with my meal and they substituted it with a regular drink and did not ask me what I wanted to substitute with. Food was also really cold as well.

This was my first visit to an Arby 's in decades. A friend of mine was craving their sandwiches so I offered to pick it up for her. I decided to order as well and set up an account on the app. The app kept kicking me out of my order. I had to use the website instead. As I waited for my order, I noticed that it was over 3 minutes from the time it said it would be ready. I didn 't hear anything happening in the kitchen and finally, an employee came up to see if I 'd been helped. I said I had an online order I was waiting for. She checked and the order was all ready but left under the heat lamps unattended. The cook came out, held out his arms and said, Sorry. That was my fault. I might have forgiven that if the food wasn 't tough to chew and missing the cheese. I ordered the chicken sliders. I agree with other customers that the portion was small for the price. I guess I should be grateful for the offer of 50% off my first order. My first impression of this location was very disappointing. Don 't think I 'll return.

Food just doesn't have any flavor or the quality like it used to. More bread than meat. Cheese has no flavor. Cutting corners gonna cost in the long run. Won't be thinking of them as an option next time I'm hungry!

One of the cleanest Arby’s I ever seen! Food was great and packed well. Not thrown in one bag like most fast food places now days
