Feedback gevenOn the main road, at the wrong end of a short parade of modest shops, this unprepossessing place makes and serves an extraordinary selection of the finest ice creams. There are anything up to 30 or 40 flavours at any time, with the husband experimenting successfully in the dairy and the smiling wife, Ola, serving everything with a huge smile. People sit outside for a few moments, savouring their ice cream (or stroking the 13 year old dachshund, Ugo, whose only interest is to eat ice cream). The servings are very generous €2 for two large scoops in a tub. The flavours are quite frankly amazing, and I kept going back for more and more! Rice pudding (a remarkable revelation), strawberry, cherries, salted caramel, pumpkin, banana, nutella, Ferrero Rocher and chocolate, ricotta and figs... the list goes on and on. Almost worth the journey on its own but certainly not to be missed if you are in the area not the grandest setting but the grandest serving.
Excellent ice cream parlor! delicious cooked and ice cream at the fantastic walnut (it seems to eat the walnut from the vase! try for the golosis!
The best ice in the toskana, in my humble opinion even better than in famous san gimignano! highly recommended!
Ottimi gelati artigianali. Quattro tavoli per poter mangiare fuori. Non troppo veloci per il servizio ma ne vale la pena. Il gelato più buono della zona.
Probabilmente la miglior gelateria artigianale della Valdera, grande qualità e varietà, punto facilmente raggiungibile da diverse località. Il gelato è conservato in appositi bussoli chiusi per una maggiore freschezza quindi non si vede, ma questo non è affatto un problema e, anzi, aumenta la qualità del prodotto.
