Elbrusia - Terskol

We've been visiting Tereskol for three years now and always have breakfast at Elbrusia—their syrniki are outstanding! Sometimes, we also have dinner there, enjoying their salads, meat in pots, and soups; they do a great job with those! The portions are generous. We haven't tried the grilled dishes. Overall, I would definitely recommend it. As for the waitresses, who often seem tired and not very welcoming, I found that to be the case in all the cafes.

Café Elbrusia, Terskol. The food is incredibly delicious— the borscht is fantastic, the khychyns are the best we've had here, and the stew is wonderful. We will definitely come back again and again!!! Thank you.
