Awful food. Mate I’ve asked for cheesy chips they’ve put a slab of cheese slice and melted it

I placed an order for delivery, but once my payment went through, the order was changed to a pickup. When I called the restaurant to inquire about the mix-up, I was treated very poorly. They hung up on me three times and I did not receive a refund.

I stopped for a quick bite to eat while driving around and parked about a mile away. I ordered two pieces of chicken and chips. The grease had already leaked onto the car seat and the chicken was unpleasant. When I went back to ask for a refund, the man seemed surprised. However, after reading reviews on TripAdvisor, I was able to get my money back. I will not be returning.

I have been a loyal customer of Chick o Land for many years. My partner recently went in to order a chicken wrap, Doner kebab, and chicken wings. Unfortunately, he was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The wrap fell apart and the chicken was not up to standard. We used to enjoy eating here, but it seems like the quality has significantly declined. It is a shame to see that they have lost their pride in their food. We will not be returning. I would recommend avoiding this place.

Chick o Land- what an awful experience. Food quality was horrible, and plastic found in food. Staff were horrible and ust stared at you! TERRIBLE!
