Morrisons - Tewkesbury

This is my local and the toilets here are disgusting. I can't even use the men's anymore because of the smell and have to use the disabled toilet which is not much better. Theses toilets have been in this condition for a very long time

The freezers haven't been working for weeks staff puy ice cubes ontop of food that's not even frozen! Water cardboard over the floor !! Health safety hazard no one was in the freezer aisle unsurprisingly! DISGUSTING

Look, this is a supermarket cafe, not a Michelin star restaurant. We had mini fish and chips for lunch, service was friendly if a bit slapdash. Fish and chips were perfectly ok and good value. If you want food while you're shopping its cheap and cheerful. There's quite a bit of choice.

The staff at the cash registers are very slow at serving customers, always trying to strike up conversations. All I want to do is leave and go home.

My wife and I visited Morrisons in Tewkesbury yesterday and experienced being followed by the security guard and staff for no apparent reason. This happened again today, prompting us to report the incident to the manager. It is concerning that despite always paying for our items, we are singled out in this way. I especially find it distressing as I am in a wheelchair, feeling targeted for something beyond my control.
