Spicy Aroma Gloucester - Tewkesbury

The service at this restaurant was extremely slow. It took half an hour for our drinks to arrive, and over half an hour for our food. To make matters worse, the card machine was not working, so we had to drive to the nearest cash point to get money. Additionally, we found the prices to be very high. My daughter ordered tikka masala and I ordered korma, but we found that both dishes tasted the same. The only difference was that my daughter's dish had red food coloring in it.

We had a lovely evening with family and friends at this restaurant. The atmosphere and setting were fantastic. Thank you to the Ashmead clan for a great time. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Food was tasty, slightly hotter than simiar dishes I have had elsewhere but ok

We ordered 5 mins after arriving including drinks and papadums. These promptly arrived and everything was well. After an HOUR of waiting (a **** takeaway is quicker) our mains came out. 2 masalas and a rice... they were both watery and tasteless and quite possibly the worst curry we have ever eaten. Will be avoiding this local place now! If you have a new chef get rid of him and find someone who can do the job!

The atmosphere, food, service, and value were all excellent. The quality is consistently good and all four of us enjoyed our meals.
