I ordered food and it said an hour it's not been updated and it's been two hours I spent over an hour on hold and they never answered so I can't even cancel. like if they're not open that's fine but say you aren't open don't leave people on hold
SUPER SUPER SLOW!!! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME ALREADY. IT'S BEEN OVER A YEAR AND THEYRE STILL SLOW. I ordered a pizza and it stayed in prep status for over an hour.. I TRYED TO GIVE IT TIME BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS
Very slow. I ordered online and the Dominos Tracker has been stuck in the Prep status for over an hour. No one picks up the phone. I wouldn 't be as annoyed if the website gave realistic delivery estimates, but I was told it would arrive between 35-45 minutes. We 're past double that time now and still Prepping .
Always hot and at point. Also love the Curbside delivery option!
