The tacos seemed to have been sitting under the heat lamps all day. I believe I am finished with fast food for good.

The drive-thru at this restaurant is extremely rushed, even when it's not busy. The staff doesn't listen to directions and insists on making customers pull around the building to receive their food, which is inefficient. This tactic may keep their drive-thru times down, but it results in constant mistakes with orders. Overall, this location is in desperate need of new and improved management. The kitchen staff should be able to speak and understand English, and the drive-thru operators need to learn to listen to customers' directions and complete orders correctly and in a timely manner. Waiting 23 minutes for just 10 tacos and a large curly fry is completely unacceptable.
