Starbucks - Texas City

Excellent coffee and service and by far the best Starbucks service I have experienced. Staff are polite, patient and have a great attention to detail! They doubled the hot cappuccino and wish us a happy new year. Hopefully, the employees will be rewarded well, as they have earned a lot.

This place is always busy. I went to the mobile pickup and was immediately welcomed. I was asked what my name was and was informed of my command status. Anyone who was entered was also immediately interacted with and given order status. The girl who did this made drinks at the same time and gave great customer service. The drinks are perfect! The dogs love puppy chinos

Wow! Customer service was great. The staff was friendly and suggested a new drink after I had described what I was looking for in coffee. It was delicious. My daughter also ordered a drink and she didn't think so. They fixed it with a smile and I was so grateful. This place is honestly the best I've ever done. Definitely recommend.

Brian was also so friendly on the ride thru and fast! He has multiplied many things at the same time, but he managed to expand his kindness and a positive attitude. my pumpkin cold brew and muffin were also delicious! I'm sure I'm back to this place.

Totally enjoy this place. They can improve in their inventory ordering. For example if you are constantly selling put of a product increase the order so you aren't always out. If its always put when I ask for it then yes it's in demand or you just aren't getting it.
