Sunday afternoon work only 1 employees, phone rings entries come online, customers come in and this guy is amazing! very nice quiet and efficient, always sure that customers are satisfied in sure that he smiles under his mask lol! Metro, as always underground food is fast and fresh and second to none. the subway has very high standards, the staff are well trained and always friendly and well designed. the sockets are always clean and fresh. with new menus that are introduced quite often, there are always interesting eating to enjoy. plus wifi available, they will always enjoy their time in subway.

I had a delicious vegetarian subway. I chose a sown 12 inch roll with cheese tomato sweet mais and a cold drink. there are also many choices of meat and other salads. you could also have a smaller 6 inch roll. they can also choose different broth and if they want their subway roasted to melt or not the ingredients. there are many possibilities of hot and cold drinks with ice. the place was clean and tidy. the staff of the Ramsgate branch were very patient and friendly while they spoke my 90-year-old mother through all their options. she said she was not a frequent visitor and needed help. they even put the ice in their cups and made their drink for them while they explained how to do it themselves. I was very pleased with the ease and helpfulness of the staff and taste and satisfaction of the subway too.

Always have gluten-free rolls on stock and the personal is always careful not to contaminate.

I recently had a negative experience at this Subway location. My friends and I placed an order for lunch through the app for delivery. Unfortunately, it took over an hour and a half for our food to arrive and there was no communication about our lost order. When the food finally came, it was cold despite being advertised as toasted. The chicken in the sandwiches was very dry and lacked sufficient salad. Overall, I do not plan on returning to this Subway branch in the future.
