First of all: The bread for our Dürum was fresh immediately after the order (and quickly! rolled and perfectly baked. An automatic machine of two spikes (on request calf and chicken mixed the very good meat. The vegetables for the Dürum were very fresh, even on request there were specially seasoned onions.
