Feedback gevenI usually command all the days. the last couple of times I ordered (online order), they have completely screwed my order. I am allergic to gravure and I make sure that I can not have serious on my kartomas (I get the same in the round when I order). Yesterday I ordered my usual sirloin steak dinner, with mushrooms, kartoffels and steamed brokkoli. but I added 4 pieces of speck and one side of fritten. I come home to find out, there is serious on my kartoffels, no toast (that comes with the meal) like 5 pieces broccoli and no speck. I called the load and they said the refund would have to wait until tomorrow to call and ask the manager. I've been calling since this morning and no answer. You have to do better. this is the only Dennys for another hour or so, the cabinet is in benson. If I spend $30, I would expect all the food I ordered to be there. last time I had a problem with heavy on the kartoffels (as before 3 weeks) the manager literally told me that there was no heavy in my order. I brought it back and he still made it as if I were crazy or added it himself. if I am allergic to it, why should I even have it in my house, let alone do it and put it on food I wanted to eat?
Always get a land breakfast. then the cooking staff could not do everything right. has not understood our order correctly and everyone table around us has not got any order right. for an older omelette, $7 everything you can eat, and lumber jack grand, 2 so and an orange juice. was over $50 over cash. we went to a local restaurant, it was just $30 for the same thing and I had dessert. waitress was great and apologised, but I don't think we're going back to our local denny's
He waited about 15 minutes before the register to be ignored only by the employees who are constantly running by us in a less than packed restaurant. we have gone and will never be back. make them a fallen and go to jerry’s bottom the road, fast friendly service.
The only time that we have good not great food is when? dennis is there. we have often been using the creepiest service. cold do not even eat warm, coffee is a sweat. can even order properly get. if people can't cope with their job? to the extent that the compliance is going. .then what they do with everyone. .and they are good.
We went on a graduation night and they had one cook working. One. On a busy Friday night. And only two waitresses when we were there. The cook, Diego, got our food out quicker than any other time we've gone. We were amazed with his speed and accuracy! We had no idea it was just him until later. And our waitress, I believe her name is Steph, did amazing taking care of us and everyone else who was there. If I could, I'd find out when Diego and Steph work and only go when they are.
