Yeti Cheese - The Blue Mountains

After taking the gondola up the mountain, we stopped for a delicious soft taco as a snack! We tried two beef tacos and one pork taco, all of which were mouth-wateringly good. The view from above was also not bad either.

My partner and I hiked/climbed up Blue Mountain in Collingwood and were delighted to stumble upon the Yeti Cheese food truck at the top. We tried their classic cheese sandwich with two types of cheese, served hot like a grilled cheese and it was absolutely delicious. The service was quick and friendly, and we noticed they also offer other options like chicken fingers, fries, cold drinks, and plenty of ice cream. We enjoyed our meal at an outdoor table shaded by an umbrella. This spot is perfect for families with children.

Recently, Yeti Cheese made a major change to their menu, getting rid of two thirds of their options and replacing them all with generic grilled cheese sandwiches. If you're looking for a good meal in the Blue Mountains, I would suggest heading to the village for something more substantial. I would recommend avoiding this food truck until they bring back their original menu.

Here remained a short bit after he drove the gondola to the summit of the mountain. this food truck was worth the cost for this trip up! High-growth and creative sandwiches that will inspire my own creations now that I am back in ottawa! if they are looking for a lunch option while in blue mountain they are sure to look for yeti cheese! Chef mentions that they move the location a bit during the ski season)

Sometime in the past couple of years Yeti cheese ditched two-thirds of their menu replacing all of their Gourmet Sandwiches with just a generic grilled cheese sandwich. Honestly if you're looking to eat at Blue Mountain go to the village and get real food. Don't...support this food truck until their menu is back to what it should be
