I tried to place my order at the kiosk but was unable to do so. When I approached the front desk for assistance, a lady named "Lady" ignored me. After some time, I asked for help again, but she insisted that they were not allowed to use the cash registers. I knew she was lying because I had seen another employee, Sharise, assisting other customers. Sharise was very kind and helpful to me and to everyone else. The restaurant should have more employees like Sharise who genuinely enjoy their job, instead of employees like Lady who seem indifferent to customers' needs.

The restaurant primarily operates as a kiosk where customers can select their items. I observed a customer ordering and paying at the counter, but I preferred not to use my card on the app or kiosk. Despite the advertisement of a free cookie with a meal, it was not provided along with any sauce. However, when requested, the staff was courteous. The interior of the restaurant was clean.
